Arctic Voyage

Ben Saunders has quite the expedition before him. He is planning to reach the Geographic North Pole solo and unsupported, trying to beat the 36 days and 22 hours record made by a guided team with sled dogs and several air drops along the way in 2005. Then in 2010, a Canadian team reached the Pole by foot and one food air drop, completing their goal in 41 days and 18 hours. Saunders is setting to beat both of these records on his own by 35 days.
